All our meat products, except for our dried meat products (which are shelf stable) leaves here frozen. The frozen products are fresh frozen as they are blast frozen straight from processing these so it reaches you as fresh as we can possibly make it. That takes careful scheduling and our own insulated packaging rather than whatever box the courier happens to have.
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your shipping day depends on when you order and whether your order contains fresh frozen products.
Orders received by Sunday ship on Monday.
Orders received on Monday ship on Tuesday. If your order contains fresh frozen products, we only ship if your selected shipping option is expected to deliver by no later than the Friday. Otherwise, we hold it until the following Monday.
Orders containing only dried products can ship regardless of this Friday cutoff.
Orders received Tuesdays and Wednesdays ship on Thursday if they contain only dried products.
Orders containing any fresh frozen products are held until the following Monday.
Local deliveries within Dawson Creek town take place on Mondays and Tuesdays.
You can also arrange to collect your order from us at the Farm Fresh Markets in Dawson Creek on Thursdays.
Or arrange collection by appointment from our facility.
Deliveries to Fort St. John are arranged individually. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you to discuss delivery arrangements.
